Hello World!

I am a mom of two and work a full time job. In addition to this, I coordinate a Children’s Church program.  I spend my free time doing stuff with my kids. This is mostly fun;)

I love to craft, eat (therefore have to like to cook) and generally like making stuff with my hands. I am creating this blog, to especially remind myself, that I have to be mindful of my blessings and to take time to enjoy the ride that is life.  Life is pretty hectic and stressful, but there are many things that bring me joy. I need to savour these things or experiences more. I want to take the time to do simple and not so simple things that add joy to my life. Frugality is my middle name, so the challenge is to come up with ideas without the high costs.

This blog is sort of a scrapbook of my life and I hope you will join in my journey. I see this blog as a collaborative space, where ideas can be shared to make life happy (and easier and more interesting) Please contribute your tips and share your ideas.
