Panko tandoori fish

I spent the day going for a lovely long walk with my mother-in-law and the kids. When I got home, I did not want to spend a lot of time cooking up a meal, especially since it was a hot day. I used some store bought tandoori paste and panko crumbs to create a quick and delicious meal.  We barbequed the fish and then broiled it in the toaster oven. You could bake the fish in the oven as well. I have another slice of fish that I will broil up before eating tomorrow. Serve the fish with a salad of your choice.

3 slices of any type of white fish

3 tbsp Tandoori paste (store bought is fine)

1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp Olive oil

Cilantro for garnish

1. Drizzle the olive oil over the fish.

2. Rub the tandoori paste all over the fish.

3. When you are ready to bake the fish, coat with the panko crumbs.

4. Bake 400 F for 10 minutes until fish is fully cooked.

5. Broil for one minute, until crumbs are golden brown.

6. Garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately.
