Indian style potato skins

I love eating potatoes and was very excited when I came across this idea from the Steven & Chris tv show. Instead of throwing away the potato skins, it can be baked and made into chips. The potato skins get crisp quickly and are a delicious snack.

This is my take on this idea.

Ing:

Potato skins from 2 washed russet potatoes

1/2  Tbsp Garam Masala

1/2 tsp Tumeric powder

1/2 tsp chili powder

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp onion powder.

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together.

2. Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes or until crispy.

3. Serve with a dip of your choice.
